Koala Softies began in 2019 in a tiny corner of Chadwell Heath, when our founder stitched her first koala for her niece. The seams were uneven and the nose was crooked - but it was loved within an inch of its life.

Today we make one thing, and we make it beautifully. We work with two suppliers we've known for years. We use only OEKO-TEX certified fabrics. And every koala leaves our workshop with a tiny tag bearing the name of the person who finished it.

What we believe

• One koala, made very well. No collections, no seasonal drops.
• Materials matter. Recycled stuffing, certified fabrics, no plastic.
• Cuddles outlast trends. If yours wears out in a decade, we'll repair it.
